Forget words of motivation - I need major liposuction, LOL! I could give a pound of flesh a couple hundred times and still be a good sized woman. ;D

Love that sign! Sandy sent you a good one.

Happy Sunday, Rachel.

Love and hugs,

Diane

I too have awakened to celebrate FAT SUNDAY! This week began with all the best intentions. Instead of the trickle down theory, I trickled up -- more and more food trickling up to my mouth and less and less exercise. Bah Humbug!

Since I'm a skinny girl, I'll tell you how I did it. I don't exercise all that much, but I keep busy, distracting myself with things other than food. And I like to shop. Jenny Craig's motto always stays on my mind: "no food tastes as good as thin feels." Amen.

And I love the church sign by the way. I have one for you, which I'll send your way soon.

I love the church sign. I look forward to your sign posts. I'm struggling with motivation myself. When I find it, I'll pass it on, ha.

If I knew how to be thin again, I'd be thin again. But I have nothing to offer in the way of advice.

Here's a book to help you: Don Colton, MD: "What Would Jesus Eat", my friend loaned me his book "What you don't know may be killing you." I returned her copy after I found my own plus 3 more books by him on the internet. It's all about WHAT's going in, and when and how. HOpefully you'll get on the website and get a copy of that book. I'm reading it, and amazed by it all! Changing my eating habits as we speak!
