Got Fiber??

If you need to get your fiber in, then these bars I highly recommend. They are very good. It's hard to eat just one. They are both good and I'm not a big fan of peanut butter but I tried those first and they were really great. I ate one and really enjoyed it, so I had another. The next day I had enough gas to have filled a semi. So beware on that note. I think I better stick to just one a day and get the rest of my fiber in veggies!

That's good! How many calories in these bars. Of course two a day is way too many for you to be eating regularly.
I eat one half of a Nature Valley granola bar each morning as my breakfast. Sams has them at a very good price.

They come in other flavors also.

I cheat a little, as I also take five Fiber Capsules (Kroger Brand) a day.

I've posted each of these, you may have missed (no comment there) my June 23, 2006, post, "The Big Divorce -- DanActive vs. The Jim Bunch House," about when I started the fiber capsules and QUIT Dan Active.

Isn't this a bit much on such a subject? But you started it!
Plus, my regiment doesn't cause gas.

They sound good, but I'll keep it in mind that 2 bars might be too much of a good thing, LOL! ;D

Looks like a candy bar to me. I can't imagine the fat & calories...
Cabbage is the broom of the colon and sauerkraut is the vacuume. This really works, so make your self a reuben sandwich with whole grain bread.

Oh yes, I forgot to mention, If you do the cabbage you may run competition with some very popular fuel suppliers.

They look sooooo good, but I cannot handle the calories and fat because of the diet I am on right now.

I'll have to look at the sugar and fat content first.

Gas is so easy to get.

I'm sorry but I have laughed all day about the comment - "The next day I had enough gas to have filled a semi."
If I need any fiber I'll give them try.

Read the label: Any High Fructose Corn Syrup? Salt? "Flavorings"? These bars aren't good for you, if you need fiber, get vegies, or use fiber caps from the health food store-something that isn't full of stuff your body doesn't need that's toxic for you.
Check with your local health food store-they have lots of healthy wonderful alternatives to boxed up processed unhealthy gar-bage that should only line the inside of a trashcan, not your wonderful system.

Ha, ha, ha!
I guess too much fiber can be a bad thing.
I'm serious about getting enough fiber.
I don't want anything backing up.
Thanks for the tip about those tasty bars.
I'll buy them and give them a try.
