National Day of Prayer

This tree I had shown pictures of before. It has all these seeping holes in it. I just don't know how it can survive much longer, but for now it's still living. It now has this huge hole it it. I expect a woodpecker has been after any bugs it could find and found this tree easy pickings.

We've been having some wonderful spring like weather and I'm all for that.

Remember, today is National Day of Prayer!!

Wow...that tree is really weird. I don't think I have ever seen anything quite like that.
How are you?

Oh wow, that certainly is very odd how the tree has so many holes like that...and look at that large one! The woodpecker could move right into that one! lol Oh dear, I've just read about your nephew...I do hope his finger heals properly and fully. That Hay and Straw meal you fixed for dinner one night looks so delicious and I know it's something I would enjoy...have copied down the recipe:-) Hope all is well with you...glad you're enjoying some wonderful Spring weather. It's turned cold here again but is supposed to slowly start warming up again. xox

Well, isn't that something? I had forgotten about the National Day of Prayer. I prayed quite a bit yesterday on my way to two interviews. Let's hope God heard me among all the other prayers! :)

As for that tree, I've never seen one w/ so many holes in it...and big ones, too. What a shame. I hope it continues to live a long time.

Looks like a woodpecker has been having a good time with your tree. Hope you have a very blessed weekend!

Very appropriate Rachel that you should show us a 'wholly' tree in honor of National Day of Prayer.

Well, if you were liking, you could repair those holes.
A how to repair wood pecker tree hole article was the second on Google [woodpecker tree hole repair].
I don't know anybody who has ever done repaired one.

Our nation needs prayer every day! I hope God continues to bless us because we could sure use all the blessings he can give.

That tree is full of holes. How weird looking. It's neat looking too, also, as well.
