NO PICTURES!!

Blogger is not allowing me to post any pictures tonight. Drat it all.

Oh well. Such is life.

I went back to the high place I had visited in my last post. I thought it best to overcome my fear. Of course the more you go to a place and get used to it the easier it is. I went back, and though I was a little nervous, I managed okay.

Today
Sandy and Jimmy came to visit me. They rode down on their motorcycles. It was great seeing them! I drove them down to show them the high place and the lovely views. They agreed that to build a house in there you would have a lovely view but you needed to be retired so you didn't have to get out if the roads were bad. It's only a few miles from here. About a 10 minute drive I guess.

No church sign for this week.

I hope everyone has a wonderful Sunday.

Sometimes I just do not understand Blogger!!! It's like it all of sudden goes wonky...The other day I had a terrible time with it and almost gave up...!
I was looking forward to the Church Sign, but...what are going to do? (lol)
That place obciously fascinates you Rachel....and I can see why from the pictues you posted before...!
That had to be a treat to have Sandy & Jimmy visit! Hope your Sunday is a good one dear Rachel. (Maybe Blogger will be all better tomorrow...One can only hope...!)

Since you were brave and returned to the site, I moved forward and supersized your pictures. Awesome!

Blogger will post my pictures in drafts and when that happens I just delete them (because I can never get the drafts to publish)and post them in again and sometimes in a smaller size then they will load.

Oh, I cannot believe that you went back. I was still too nervous from the last set of photographs to even comment. It would have been a disaster if I drove, 'cause my eyes would have been closed the whole time.
I hope that you are enjoying good weather and I'm glad that you had some company -- good for the soul.

Aww, shucks!! No church sign.

I'm glad Sandy and Jimmy got to enjoy the view firsthand. I'm sure it looks even better in person.

I hope you are having a happy Sunday. We are expecting some heavy storms tonight. Maybe they will make their way to you after they pass over us.
If so, keep your umbrella handy.

I've been having trouble posting pics on Blogger myself. It's been temperamental lately.

I miss your Sunday church sign, but I'll get over it. :) I'm glad you had a good day!

Yesterday while out and about in the "hillier" part of Ohio we came upon an unexpected downhil grade...the sign was there and it said hill...what it didn't say was "curvy" hill...I mean it was very nice to finally get to the bottom and Hubby remarked that he felt like he was back in the TN mountains...

Hope you enjoyed your company and are having a great day today!

Most of the comments are in. I just got back Saturday night late.
We had a lot of church signs over there but I didn't get one picture.

I made up a church sign, you can borrow it if you like.

Have a nice week,
..
BTW, some motorcyclists over there reminded me of you too.
They were riding without helmets!
:-)

I don't like high places either ! It makes me uncomfortable especially when there is nothing around to keep you back. Blogger photo service is more than lousy and I gave it up now. I use Photobucket it's very quick costs nothing and you can upload 100 pictures at one. You just have to paste the html code in your post. Try it before getting a nervous breakdown with Blogger, lol !

Yes, I also tried to post pictures on Saturday with no luck, so I didn't post at all.

Rachel took us to her PANICKY site and it is very beautiful up there with a spectacular view, but there is only room for one car to travel on the VERY narrow road. So what happens when you meet another car? Who decides which car falls off the cliff? It's much too treacherous to back up and who decides which car will take that risk? I think until they widen the road, no one will consider building a house there unless it's on the very first lot.
