Sunday Sign
Thanks to all who are hoping I'm feeling better. Well, I feel pretty good most of the time. My left side is still sore as a risin. Now if you don't know what sore as a risin is, well in southern talk that is mighty sore. Very sore. Powerfully sore. Hitoniously sore. I am taking those pills the doctor gave me. I can't tell they do anything one way or the other. Can't tell I'm having any of those side effects either. I'll be okay. It only hurts when I move.

Good sign Rachel. Hope you get better soon. You know it hurts when you can't tell if the medicine helps or not. Get Better.

Awful to be in pain a lot of the time..I identify, my dear....I hope you will be feeling tip top and with NO Pain, very very soon. What is the name of that pill? I love looking things up in the PDR...!
Great sign....And so true! I love that so often there is a biy of humor in these signs....!
Happy Pain Free Sunday, my dear.
Yes, ma'am, I know from painful personal experience just how sore a rison gets, bless your heart! Hope your pain goes away SOON. I know it won't be soon enough for you...
Love the sign this week! I'll have to remember that one.
Love and *very gentle* hugs,
Diane
I sure hope I'm not an Other Wise.
You Kentuckians talk funny! LOL
Here is a whole site of your "local speak" http://nlt.rootsweb.com/fun/oddsayings.html
It seems a "risin" is a boil. I just love colourful language.
I am glad you are feeling better and are not "all stove up" too much.
Well now I know what sore as a risin means! lol Hopefully those pills will start helping you soon, I don't like the thought of you in so much pain:-( Love the sign!! xoxo
"It only hurts when I move." Isn't that a country song? If not, it should be. I hope you're feeling better soon!
The church sign is priceless. I should write these down!
Good Evening Rachel,
I'm glad you are feeling better but I do hope your side gets better also. Do you reckon your side hurtins is one of those side effects from the pills? I know what pain is too. I live in the south also. Do take care of yourself and take it easy. I love the sign. You always have some great sayings. Take care my friend and God Bless You.
Hugs,
Karen H.
Rachel dear, I'm so sorry you are still not feeling well...I hope that changes with each passing hour, my dear.
You are always so supportive and caring, dear Rachel, you make me feel "special", and I thank you for that....Just know, you are very very special, yourself!
Do take good care, my dear.
Oh sweetie, I hope you're feeling better.
Yuck.
Well land o goshen, I didn't know you were ill. I'm glad it's a little better. It doesn't sound like it could have gotten worse.
You take care now.
Great sign. I sure hope everything gets better. Pain is such a terrible thing to have to deal with. I hope you feel better real soon. Now I know a southern expression.
Hope you get better soon and I suggest that you don't move. I know that's almost impossible, but at least take it easy and get better.
I love your Sunday Sign.
Rachel, I hope you are still better this morning. And I'm glad you didn't get some of those side effects.
If I may, could I place you with the 'WISE?' I feel that's where you belong.
A 'WISEACRE' associated word is 'SMARTA*S.' It mostly depends upon whether you like acres or a*ses. Both SMART and WISE are good things to be.
So you keep on being WISE and SMART, take your meds, rest up, and don't bump that sore side.
..
Hope you are fit as a fiddle real soon. Be thinkin' about ya!
This is one of the best signs I've seen in quite a while. Sute made me laugh.
You sure find some good ones.
holy crap, i* tha is not the truth..haha..love it..
get better soon my dear..
Thanks for your visit Rachel....I LOVE that little nut like thingy, too..I have some other pictures where there are a clutser of them, but I loved this single one. And the roots..YES! Nature truly is amazing!
Hope you are feeling better, my dear....I am somewhat under the weather, myself....! UGH!
If it hurts when you move then don't come to read my blog of today because we met call boys !
I love that sign! Too funny! I hope you feel better soon!
Dear Rachel, I hope you get better soon!
