Signs, Signs, Gimme a Sign!
Sorry I've not been around to post, read, or comment on your blogs lately. I'm having some computer issues, but hope to get them mended soon. Meanwhile, don't go thinking I've flown my coop or anything! I'm still here. I'm sure all of you know how it is when you have computer issues.
This was the beautiful sunset we had Thursday evening. I took this from our front porch.

Hi Rachel, I know what you mean about computer issues. My Easy Share Software has decided it doesn't want to work. It is telling me to uninstall and install again....but it won't let me uninstall. Who knows? Maybe I will figure it out sooner or later. I like your sunset picture!

I know those Pirtles, Huffs, and Hodges (he was my college algebra and trig teacher, she was my favorite college English teacher!).
I didn't see the way to Rachel's place?
Are you sure you don't have the key to happiness? This isn't a BIG LIE? Anyway I have been looking for it! :-)
My computer issue is making popcorn right now. BP is here helping her. They seem to have found that key to happiness!
..
Great church sign! After one of my last posts, this sign kind of "spoke" to me. ;)
As for your computer issues, I've been there and totally understand. Hope you get everything resolved soon!
Have a wonderful Sunday and a great week!
Hi Rachel! Computers. Can't live with them. Can't live without them. Very frustrating when they decide to get a mind of their own.
That sunset is absolutely stunning. The colors are out of this world.
Great Sunday sign. The door is always open. We just need to realize that sometimes.
Have a good weekend. Lisa
I've had my share of computer issues in the past! Hope you get it all worked out. It has been such a beautiful week here and a great time for a drive. Love the signs.
Wow! Beautiful sunset! You have a wonderful view from your porch!
Have a nice Sunday!
A big hug to you!
Glad to see you're back. Oh, those stupid computers! Beautiful sunset, just gorgeous! Love the signs.
thats a cliff sign 4 sure..
Computer issues are the PITS! In my experience, the independant repair guy proved to be more diligent in locating and fixing the problem and a lot less expensive. My husband speculated that it's because he's not in the business of selling computers, just fixing them. The office supply stores I went to would only investigate enough to conclude that "it was time for a new computer..."
Your sunset picture is gorgeous! And the Sunday Sign; how true!
Beautiful sunset! How lucky you can see that from your home!
Been there with the computer issues! Hope they work out soon!

Rachel dear....I'm glad YOU are okay and that it's just your computer that has been rather sickly...!
Great pictures of that BEAUTIFUL Sunset and the Sign Picture is Great!
I had a lovely visit with Jamie and her brother Jason....They got to see the Night Blooming Cereus Flowers....in fact they got to see two different Night Blooming Cereus ALL on the same night!
I will blog about it when I am done with Seemah's Birthday Posts...!
Rachel ~ I loved the sky and the Morrow Ln. sign! ~ jb///
I had a little time to kill, so I thought I'd stop by. I just visited Naomi's blog and got caught up with her posts. I don't have time to visit others right now, but I wanted to stop by here and leave a quick comment.
I hope your computer troubles are fixed. That is so frustrating! I know Janell had computer woes for quite some time too, also, as well.
That sunset is gorgeous! I'm glad you captured it. Love those pastels.
My brother left here today to drive down to his home in southern CA.
We are heading to the airport soon to pick Courtney up. She and I will be here at my parents for a week. We will be back in AR on August 20th. I'm enjoying the visit and the blog/computer break. I just check email now and then and that's it. I look forward to getting back into blogging when I get home.
:-)
Hi Rachel, I love the sunset scene from your front porch. Cliff can make a whole post out of the view from his porch when he wants, you picture was a whole post in itself! Thank you.
..
BTW, you can see Mrs. Jim looking out that window behind her, taken from the outside of the window, at

Lovely sunset. THe colors are gorgeous!
It seems a lot of bloggers are having computer issues. I pray I don't get any!
The sign is great.
Okay Rachel, here's what I want you to do. Under cover of darkness I want you to take a screwdriver, a cresent wrench and a pair of channel locks and....Oh, just forget the sign. I'll get it myself.
Sorry about you getting caught out in the storm. I'll bet that was scary.
I've got the same constipated computer problems.
Love those signs, wonder why they are posted there? They are neat! We have a pub in our town called "TWO MORROW'S " It is owned by a man and his wife who run the place, one of the best burgers that you can have and an English style pub to boot. The folks moved here about 20 years ago and I think it was from the midwest, but the name always reminds me of Cliff too, so I know what you mean on that one! The sunset is lovely, hope your computer issues work out soon!
Lucky for you that you can see the sunsets... too many trees here, sigh. I am wondering if there is something going 'round - we have been having computer issues here, too. Techie told me to clean everything off the computer and start over. sigh...
Been doing a lot of sighing lately.
Hi Rachel,
Cool Morrow sign! You need to get it for Cliff... Yah, you DO need to!! :)
We came across one recently of 'Charles street!' My husband said he was gonna go back and get it! LOL_I guess he thought about it later and decided that might not be the thing for a retired policeman to do! haha
...I, too, was tempted by a HODGES road sign we saw in Cedar Key, but I didn't have a screw driver with me! ;) (Hodges was my maiden name)
There's just something about seeing our name on a sign ....
OK-
Have to say you captured a really pretty sunset !
(my sky Watch Friday pics are of a sunset!)

Thanks, dear Rachel...! Seemah is truly AMAZING! When she was 70, she looked 50, or less....!
And her life jas not been easy, at all......It has to be in The "genes", I swear!
So glad my call perked you up, my dear....It was great to talk to you!
