Random Things

I know you are probably tired of looking at my mushrooms but I just had to post these two pictures. I found these in my neighbor's yard today. Doesn't that big cluster of them look like a face? You can also see part of my shadow. The single mushroom was like the cluster, only just all alone. Amazing how this rainy weather we have had lately has brought out all these different mushrooms!

Before when I had posted some pictures around the cabin someone had asked me to post a picture of the cabin, so here it is. This is where I live. Not very big but quite cozy actually. I love the front porch.

This is Chunky Monkey on the sofa. With the color of the sofa and the throw I have on it and the color of the cat, it's hard to see her. Cats sure know how to relax don't thay?

I really like your house.
And the mushrooms do look like a face. You should sell the picture to the National Enquirer or something, ha,ha..

Thanks for that update, especially on where you live. Did you guys build that cabin? I will picture it in my mind as a little house, thinking cabin doesn't fit my mind image of you and it.

I can't tell that you have suffered any bad effects from all that mushroom tea. They make the best from those around Galveston.
Be careful, some are hallucinogenic. Google "hallucinogenic mushroom tea" and see what all you get.
Then do plain "mushroom tea."

I love your cat's name Rachel...So original too and yes cats sure do know how to relax and they do it so well.
Those mushrooms are very interesting looking and I'm surprised that we don't have any growing in our yard, but I guess it takes a special yard.
Just don't take Jim's advise and make tea with just any mushroom.*LOL* I like having you around.

I wonder if that's really true that they make tea using plain mushrooms?
I don't think I'd like it.

Yep Rachel, I love that cabin. You are a fortunate person. I read how you doubted my ability to keep quiet on Britmum's blog.

You were right again.
