WIND BLOWING THROUGH MY HAIR

Today my SIL stayed with my husband so I could have a day away. I called Sandy and met her for lunch. After lunch we went back to her house for some chit chat, seeing all the cats, her water pond, and all the flowers! Then we (me, Sandy, and Jimmy) went for a ride on the motorcycles. I rode behind Sandy and it was great!! I loved it!!! They took me through some backroads and we stopped by my brother's house, but no one was home. Then we went by my niece's house and caught them just as they were leaving, so I got to see my SIL, my niece and her two children! This first picture is a picture of Jimmy and Sandy when they were here not too long ago, so these are the motorcycles we rode.

I really had a great time and it was so good to get away for the day! Nothing like that wind blowing through your hair and sitting back there watching the countryside go by and seeing the animals in the fields, the farmers in the fields, the folks sitting on their porches, folks mowing their lawns, mowing hayfields, freshly set tobacco patches, and gardens! And of course waving at everyone!!

Ah yes....truly enjoyable!! Thanks Sandy and Jimmy. You two are the best!!!

I also posted some pictures of you on our ride today on my blog and I hope that your readers will come over and take a look at them.

Thanks again for coming over today...it was fun! Maybe next time we can ride to the BIG FALLS in your area, but any place is fine with me.

Oooh, I'm jealous! But since I couldn't meet Sandy and Jimmy and ride with them I guess it's nice that you were able to go with them. :-)

It looks like you had a wonderful day for it.

I'll head over to Sandy's to see her pictures and read more about y'all's trip.

Have a great Friday and a wonderful weekend, Rachel. :-)

Love and hugs,

Diane

Hi Rachel -- You can see, we're back, early too! But not so healthy as when we left--check my blog for that.

It looked like you guys, i.e. gals, had a very nive visit and ride.

BUT, you need a little lecturing here, a pep talk:
you guys need helmets while riding those bikes!

I always wore mine even when the law didn't care. You guys are much pretty to be taking chances like you are doing. And don't worry about messing up your hair. Mine got messed up and the girls thought I was still handsome! Hair doesn't make the woman, but your head sure does.

So, you guys need helmets while riding those bikes!

Ok, now you know how I feel about that. Even a little fall can do lots of damage, think about your head when you could be sliding across the pavement on it!

:-)

I told Sandy this too! She has a nice write-up about your nice ride and visit too.
Sandy might erase my comment as she doesn't know me like you do
You are my first reader way back at my blog start! I want to keep you around, that's all.

I'll check latter for your church sign, I'm going to do one too this time.

Oh Rachel,
There is nothing like the wind blowing through your hair. I got that out of my system a long time ago riding the tractor.

You'd make a good biker chick.

:) I know you had a fun ride with Sandy and Jimmy!

Charles and I haven't been riding much lately! It's long overdue, in fact! Maybe tomorrow!!

But I agree with those who mention helmets.
(We lost a nephew and his daughter in a motorcycle wreck about 4 years ago.)

I'm the sort of guy who loves to seek radical stuff. Presently I am making my hold solar panels. I'm managing it all by myself without the aid of my men. I'm using the internet as the only way to acheive this. I stumbled upon a really awesome site that explains how to create solar panels and wind generators. The site explains all the steps involved in solar panel construction.

I'm not really sure about how accurate the information given there is. If some guys over here who had experience with these things can have a peak and give your feedback in the page it would be grand and I would really appreciate it, cause I extremely like solar panel construction.

Thanks for reading this. U people are great.
