Well, I don't know what happened to my videos in the previous post. I had posted it (it posted it twice but I don't know why), and I watched it on my blog after I had posted it, so it did work at one time. If anyone knows the proper way to upload videos I'd appreciate a tutorial! I just download them along with my pictures and onto my blog just like a picture, except it took about 20 minutes for the video to download onto the blog.
Today was my birthday and it was nice.

My Cake and a Cookie too!!
Today was pretty uneventful but this evening I went to my nephew's house and his wife had made the cake for me. She was very busy making cakes today and had about 6 that went out and one was a wedding cake. So I apprecite her making me one. Her neighbor decorated it and it was her first try at decorating! I thought it was cute
She put on a pot of coffee and they sung Happy Birthday to me and then we all had cake! Yummy it was; white cake with raspberry filling and white chocolate chips in the frosting! I love white chocolate!!!

What a beautiful birthday cake. There is no better gift than an effort of love and I know why you are so loved. Glad it was a special day.
What an amazing cake! Good thing one of those princesses in England wasn't invited to your little party - she would have tried to wear that icing! LOL!
Happy Birthday... and my love to pup.
Happy Birthday! And I'll take a piece of that cake, thank you.
I too thought your cake looked like on of the head decorations from the royal wedding.
I install videos by embedding them using the code for them. Copy the code and paste it in the text space in the dashboard. Have it set on Edit HTML rather than compose. This does not seem to be the way you do it, if your treat the video like a photo and just copy and past it on the Compose setting.
Happy (belated) Birthday Rachel! ~ j///b
Great sign. Rachel, Happy belated birthday and wishing you many, many more. I know you will have many more. Ornery doesn't go away easily.
I was mowing today and saw that the cherry tree is loaded again. Thought of you. They'll be ready right after the 4th as always...in case you're available.
HAPPY BIRTHDAY, DEAR RACHEL! (Sorry I am belated...)
Your birthday cake looks delicious and beautiful!!!
Have a nice Sunday!
What a sweet cake!!~ Yes she did a very nice job of decorating it and a happy very belated birthday to you.
I sure like the sign. Spring is trying so hard to exist here I can practically hear it grunting with the effort!
Oh Rachel...How did I miss your Birthday...PLEASE, Forgive me, my dear...And I wish you a very late and belated HAPPY BIRTHDAY, my dear...! That is one Beautiful Cake---I could no more make a cake like that then swim The English Channel...(lol)! And it sounds like it wax quite YUMMY....!
That cake is just beautiful and that sign is so right. My grass has risen and continues to rise daily with all the rain we had lately. Now, hot, hot! My tomato plants look horrible from all the wet weather. I put out 18 and I don't know if they are going to live. Hope you are enjoying the weekend.
I was out of town on your birthday but I still feel bad that I wasn't able to come visit you here and wish you a Happy Birthday!! I just love the cake your nephew's wife made for you and her neighbour certainly did do a wonderful job decorating it. xoxo
Hi Rachel ~~ Happy Birthday (late)! We are in Iowa now and I have wrested the computer away from Mrs. Jim.
I am sorry about Pup. Adi is 105 now and has her ups and downs. But now nearly as bad off as Pup. Just one of her legs gives her fits. So sometimes she walks around on three legs.
She and Katrin are with us in Iowa now. Mrs. Jim and I are visiting my sister, Lois.
..
Happy Birthday to you, Happy Birthday to You, dear Rachel. I remember sending you a pearl necklace one year for your birthday...
I've changed my site and returned to blogging. Hope you'll stop by. I sure miss blogging and, I tell you, a bite of your cake is enticing. Wishing you many more special birthdays!
