Here I Am Again
Well, the old body is feeling better now but still sore and bruised from my fall. A fall happens so quick. One second you are standing. The next you are down.
I have been trying to do some work around the house and haven't been on here as much as I'd like.
I was watching the Food Network last week and they said that you should let brownies sit at least an hour before you cut them. HAHAHA!! Like brownies are going to sit around for an hour before they get eaten?? Not in this house, no sirree!!

Glad your feeling better. You are so right - they may set around at the food network for an hour but here they are be eaten as they are being taken out of oven.

Mmmmmmm Brownies! I Loookkkeee Brownies!
Glad you are feeling a bit better Rachel. Falling is really a horrible thing for the very reasons you stated. One moment you are UP and the next, you are definitely down, and it's like you don't know how that happened. I don't like that, at all.
That Should have read Lovvvvve Nrownies. I have no idea where that K came from...it must be the hour! LOL
An hour??? Our brownies are gone by then...and we are waiting for another batch.
Glad you are feeling better.
Ps. Most of the time our brownie batter doesn't even make it to the oven.
LOL, brownies don't even LAST an hour around my house. They have little voices and they start calling to me as soon as they come out of the oven. I'm sorry to hear about your fall :( I'm glad you are feeling better. Yes, falls do happen very quickly. I've taken my share. Take care and don't over do it. Have a great week Rachel!
I have a qusetion about eating fake. We eat fake fat, fake sugar, .... fake, fake, fake. Does that lead to fake poop? I can tell your feeling a lot better. I'm glad!
An HOUR??? There's NO WAY!
I lick the spoon and the bowl while they're baking.
Then I eat them warm with a big glass of milk.
The house work will still be there in a few days. Don't overdo it!
Glad to hear that you are feeling better. Brownies don't sit here for long either nor do cookies. LOL
Take care and thanks for coming to my blog too.
Catherine
Well, are you still feeling better? I hope so.
Now, don't overdo things.
Did you go make some brownies after watching?
At our house brownies don't get made unless some kids are coming over or we are going to take them to someone.
Mrs. Jim trims off the edges and we have them with ice cream.
..
Mmmmm. Brownies.
For some durn reason, I can never get brownies cooked to perfection...they are either over-cooked and dry or undercooked and gooey. I prefer the gooey over the dry, but I wish, just once, I could get it right.
Welcome back. Don't overdo.
I am glad you feeling better, Rachel!
My mother used to cook a delicious brownies! I miss so much her brownies....
