Strolling.........
Strolling around the yard today these are a couple of the things I saw. This is one of my neighbors dogs jumping up on the fence. They are boxers and they are really pretty. This one has his ears flopped back in this picture. Looks like he's saying "Hello." They have the prettiest coats and they run like deer playing over there. I like to watch them. It was too hot today for much running though.
Then I came upon this thing. This makes the 4th snake skin I have come across, 3 in my yard and one in the neighbor's yard. Nice of them to leave their skin behind, but it makes me wonder where they went to after that????

I like the dog picture. The snake skin picture, not so much.
I also wonder where the snake ,who outgrew its skin. is now slithering around.
Is it true that snakes are partial to truffles. Someone told me they were. Perhaps you should check your truffle stash just in case..
BEAUTIFUL Dog! And I too would wonder where the snake is now? I like the things you are photographing as you walk around your yard! More, my dear.
What ever happened with your husbands tooth Rachel? I've been kind of worrying about that?
Yikes! I wonder where those snakes are. I loved the dog pic. I have truffles on my shopping list for tomorrow. Have a wonderful weekend. Hugs
I love dogs but I hate snakes.
That would not be a comforting sight to me. - the snakeskin, not the dog. The dog is beautiful.

Oh I love boxer dogs... When I was 18 I worked for this lady in her house. She had a boxer dog and her name was Amy. She used to get so excited to see you that you would have to quickly take her out the door so that she could wee on the ground. Now all boxer dogs to be are called Amy dogs.
The snake skin is yucky, yucky, yucky... I haven't found one yet, thank goodness.
Take care
I don't think I would want to know where that snake went. lol.
That dog is so cute!
Neither the dog or the snake look real friendly. But then that could just be me - neither are on my favorites list.

Don't worry about the snake.
1. It doesn't leave things laying around for you to step in like the dogs do(do).
2. It will be o.k, snakes get under things like rocks or flower pots. He will be just fine.
..
That must be Seaky Snake.
Boxers? I thought they were briefs. ;)
Yucky snakes!!!!
I'd rather see their skin than to see the snake.
That doggie looks happy! Our dog got out of her pen on her own today. She raised the latch on the gate and mosied into the garage for a nap.
I miss having dogs around -- used to be a gorgeous one next door who howled mournfully whenever he heard a siren.
The boxer is a handsome guy for sure and those snake skins would've creeped me out bigtime.
Let's just hope they don't come back to get them.
Hi Rachel. Boxers are very pretty dogs. And they are so gentle, too. I haven't found any snake skins--or snakes, for that matter--this year, thankfully. I don't mind them, but I don't necessarily want to see them :P Hope you have a wonderful Sunday!
Yes...kinda makes you wonder where the rest of the snake is.
Boxers are wonderful pets...I used to live next door to one and it was the best natured dog.
